Minimum 1 year is the fastest I have seen for my colleagues. For GEO 4 to 5.... then again, I suppose her CEP is very high

PB was notified and given out in March last yr.
Yearly increment occurs every April.

Based on the experience of my mid career colleagues, unless you have a very perculiar set of skills that HR would consider you differently, you would likely come in at GEO 1 like all other untrained teachers, but with a salary close to or at the salary ceiling.

You will get promoted to GEO 4 and 5 in a few years (maybe promoted every year even, depending on your current age). This is provided the school assess that you are comparable to teachers of your age.

SEO scale requires you to hold a leadership appointment minimally, and so far I haven't heard of mid-career coming in immediately as a LH/SH/HOD, etc. Then again, the ministry is huge.
