15 years got $200.

If not mistaken, 25 years is special presentation with $1000.

There is. I received $200 for 5 years and recently $400 for 10 years. All my NIE batchmates received the same too. Received through salary.

If school is sending you for a KP interview in May/June, when will you be informed? Usually who will be the one informing - SL or RO?

My RO hinted that my SL is planning to send me for the interview mid-year but so far my SL has not mentioned anything to me...

Are you already doing stretch assignments, or holding stretch appointments (such as internal KP appointment or other leadership roles)?

I doubt the school would "surprise" you by suddenly putting you up for a KP appointment interview without first informing you that you are being groomed for a particular role, and actually grooming you for the role.

Yes, I am currently an internal KP. Also working closely with other key personnels on various school projects and committees.
