I will be expecting a 20% increment from my last drawn. Not sure if its reasonable or too little for gic standard.

Hi

I just went for a gic interview on wed. Mid career, not scholarship. The interview went rather positive in my opinion. Does anyone know how long does it take for gic to reply back typically? If it turns out negative will they also inform?

Applied through website. Took a really look time. Almost 2mths from my application to 1st interview.

Hi I am currently a 3rd year IBD associate (VP at end of year) at a bulge bracket investment bank (i cover specific sectors) looking to return to singapore. How much can I expect at GIC/Temasek?

fyi to all interested candidates. GIC do not pay as well as you think. They are not an IB.

Hi guys,

From the replies posted, it's clear there will be a difference in pay package between those who are on investment side versus those in corporate services related roles.

If I've been involved in business continuity planning, infrastructure risk and crisis management (with secondary roles in facilities, procurement and admin) for the past 15 years in the public service, any idea what I can expect if I apply for a senior risk and insurance manager role with GIC?

(By the way, I was last an Assistant Director in a government agency, but in today's titles and roles, can almost be equitable to a senior manager role in some agencies).
