Not sure about tech consulting - but PAS and consulting should be between audit and SaT. SaT (except EYP) is 4k for a1.

Advise on HR related post-merger, employment laws, org structure, remuneration, etc. Work w stat boards/govt on govt related projects relating to manpower (e.g. how many jobs will this policy / industry create/destroy?)

This one better go work in Korn Ferry, Heidrick Struggles, Egon Zehnder better. Those r the MBB of organizational consulting. B4 service line is considered mid tier
