Lol i think yall just dont care that guy lah.

Anyways, im not from SIM but i have a few friends there. Mostly are working in SME, hence starting pay is indeed lower, the ones i know are 2.6 to about 3k. One of them went into marketing, seems to do quite well but i dont know how much he earn. And if ur in SWE, i think ncs offer ard 3.3k? Still lower compared to local U tho.

my advice is dont be turn off by the starting pay. Some small companies do have good bosses (not always) and you can get to be involve in a lot of areas, rather than going MNC and doing a small part of the work. One of my friends got to travel ard SEA to meet clients in a SMC. Interview is a good place to see how ur supervisor is like, but be careful of those overly nice ones. Really try to suss out the work processes during the interview and you can know how the company will be like. Be abit more active on linkedin, sometimes real recruiters will contact you. If youre good, you'll will do well eventually.

Cheers and good luck in ur job search
