Hi please understand that I am constantly going for interviews, answering phone calls from agents. As might be predicted, I am having difficulty securing jobs or even interviews because of my nearly non existent job experience.

I am not asking for validation for a reason to stay, I need to keep my options open just in case nobody wants to hire me. I can't possibly take leave all the time to go for interviews. My leave will run out soon thus I need to be picky about which interviews I accept. In the worst scenario where I have no choice but to stay here, I will have to consider what will the progression be like. I was just seeking opinions at the same time seeking a job outside.

All else aside, I have been shortlisted as a Finance Executive at a US MNC. Hopefully all goes well, then I will be able to get my a** out the company.

FYI. I did not reject the job nor did I ask for 3K. I was not shortlisted for the job.

Hi, just to check for a fresh graduate private diploma working as a account assistant cum admin assistant normally how much salary will the company give with 2-3 months experience in admin and 4 years of experience in customer service and cashier?

Since you are new that amount is still normal. When you get around 2-3 years of experience as an accounts assist, your $$ can hit 3k. I saw some companies offering that amount for that experience.

I have attained a degree at SIM-RMIT. I am working in a reputable company now. My average monthly remuneration equal to $3,200. I only have half a year of working with the bank.

Thats quite good...MA programs for finance at MNCs pay around the same as well.
