Hi please understand that I am constantly going for interviews, answering phone calls from agents. As might be predicted, I am having difficulty securing jobs or even interviews because of my nearly non existent job experience.
I am not asking for validation for a reason to stay, I need to keep my options open just in case nobody wants to hire me. I can't possibly take leave all the time to go for interviews. My leave will run out soon thus I need to be picky about which interviews I accept. In the worst scenario where I have no choice but to stay here, I will have to consider what will the progression be like. I was just seeking opinions at the same time seeking a job outside.
All else aside, I have been shortlisted as a Finance Executive at a US MNC. Hopefully all goes well, then I will be able to get my a** out the company.
