hihi anyone received an offer for the product designer role?

Got rejected after Round 2 for the Product Designer role. Am pretty bummed about it since I put in a lot of effort but I guess it's time to move on

Word of advise. Do not join this company. High turnover rate and high layoff rates if you don't meet expectations.

Agree with the above post. Not a great place for fresh grads. Many of the previous SuperNova batches have been laid off.

Ok thanks, very much agreed. Those who got it should just reject the only offer they have right now!

Of course you shouldn't reject if it's your only offer. Reject only after/if you receive other offers lol. Earning 7.5k per month sounds good for awhile until you get laid off 6 months later and can't find another job for another 6 months after.

I don't think it's accurate. I have never heard any supernova got laid off, only seniors got laid off cause of performance

Those who received an offer, are you going to accept it? The salary is quite okay, but I feel many other companies with better wlb and similar pay are still processing the applications.

Yup and they do the layoffs every March because they have a quota to hit.
