Year 3 (Actually 2.5 YoE) -- 25 k + 10 k shares (Moved to FANG, moved to US, also actually taxes take away 1/3)

in my opinion, doesnt matter which career stage you're at. if you take course and upskill, i think can earn even more. i know ppl who took skillsfuture courses to jump/change career. i think it's called the BCG rise program. after graduation get pay raise.

duh lol but the problem is alot of people dont have interest in those courses and cant always work hard, everyone has limits right?
people can just stop overeating and go gym instead of being buibui fat fk yet people are still fat. people can climb high at jobs if they just OT everyday and work hard and learn how to play office politics yet people still not managers even after 30+ years of service.

Holding a business dip
year 1: $2600, assisant resturant manager , no bonus
taking suss degree in tech and switch industy, took a pay cut
year 2 $2400, desktop engineer, 1 month bonus
year 3 $3200, field support engineer, no bonus
i made the right choice to change industy as i dont think i will hit $3k mark easily in f&b industy with just a dip as degree in f&b are pretty useless
currently 24yo(as of 2022)
what do u guys think? working my way to a network engineer/admin/tech after passing my network+ and CCNA
