Yes i work in dbs and can confirm that there is the senior associate role after associate. Then its avp. It depends on the person and the circumstance. I would say associate to senior to avp would take around 4 yrs average. I got my vp after 8 yrs of working.

Its not based on anything. The bonus pool is just divided among the staff based on performance grading and you just get a lump of money.

Ownself divide that lump sum by your monthly salary if you want to find out how many 'months' bonus u got.

I guess local banks they just pay all entry lvl jobs the same, no matter BO or FO
Probably te diff lies in te bonus only
For us FO, profit higher, bonus even more. Just hope my pro rated sum will still have more than five digits

Pay range for DBS associate $4,000 per month to $7,000 per month.

Increment 2-5% depends on which department you are in and your performance, its not standard across the whole bank.
