Almost everyone from the FP&A team are from the Big 4. Who wouldn't want to jump when you can almost double your salary and get so much more benefits ie free dinner, stocks options etc.
If you have 3 years exp in a big 4, will usually start off as an analyst, 4 years senior analyst thereabouts

but I heard that some teams don't really guide the new staff as they are working relatively late themselves. can i check how is the team structure like? is it one analyst, one senior analyst, one manager and one senior manager will be in charge of 1 or a few entities?
