Ten years in cybersecurity. At 450k sgd per annum. In top tier tech company. Pretty stagnant already unless I move to US.

41, M, currently a JO for 10 YOE with MHA. Thinking to get a graduate certificate in cybersecurity management and get a related job position to start after bond. Any organisation or corporates that accept without experience and can learn on the job?
What are the starting pay like? Got degree tho.
