I have only received the invitation to complete the onboarding process, not sure is it the onboarding email you are talking about.

I think they referring to the one after offer letter. Hr mentioned about it briefly

No it's hybrid but I don't know which days specifically will be WFH and which will be from office.

It's 60 / 40, 60 from office, 40 from home.

So Mon Tues could be WFH, then Wed Thurs Fri from office. In that case, you have to wear smart casual for Wed Thurs and Dress-down for Friday right? next week it could be Mon, Tues Wed Office, Thurs, Friday from home, etc.

she said dress down as polo collared shirt, and mon to thurs as the smart casual with description that coincides more with office wear
