For my onboarding email, they only asking for reference and previous payslip. Never mentioned anything about phone call.
Is it really important to put the professional reference?

You are required to do 2 techtreks? I have completed the reference check part already.. HR call to share about onboarding email that need to submit bank account number etc..

Based on my understanding, people only received onboarding email after both techtrek. But I haven’t done hackathon (which is scheduled on dec), but they already send me onboarding email.
