Anyone being hired during covid and started off by working from home?
i ask the hiring company how they going to train me upon hired? they said it depends on the situation when i am onboard.
anyone of you begins 1st day of work and thereafter by working fr home, and being trained online remotely? i wonder how to effectively and speedily being trained?
can share your experience?

Most unit first month must do initiation tekan. Dunno how they tekan from home. Maybe no pay for one month?

fresh grad 2020 here. collect laptop from office, go home for team introductions and video conferencing. having instant messaging is a lifesaver. wfh is a true blessing

how do they guide you remotely? can share which platform u use? zoom , team , google?
i mean they need to show u and guide you on :
using company systems,
or handle some enquiries which you are not familar with yet
no hardcopies of work to see through and do?
and are u familar wif your colleagues oredi ?

Me and all of my friends are coping well with WFH arrangements. All 2020 grads.
Not at all hard to work remotely, companies also provide VPN and shared drive so its so easy to WFH!

can anyone share whether work remote will have pay cut?
and will company ask u to use own lap top?

No pay cut when I work from home. KPI still the same. Laptop is same company laptop. Working hours also the same (must be online for the working hours). Only diff is do the work at home and not in office.
