IMO Micron has a better brand name than Singtel by a wide margin. It's hard to compare progression and increments cause they can be inflated and based on performance & luck. Singtel's MAP does have it's merits since it is a program with rotations but Micron's brand name is way stronger. It just boils down to what you value more. T

Depends on industry and what kind of company you will be sending your CV to in the future also lah. I can tell you that within finance in general, Singtel > Micron by a good distance in terms of how it speaks to prospective employers when they see it on your CV.

Actually, same for tech. Singtel > Micron by a large margin. Just ask industry insiders and view linkedin profiles.
