Hi, I am a fresh grad with only internship experience and was offered a role on a sales desk in S&T in a foreign bank (think BNP/HSBC). Is 6K/mth base too low? Appreciate ur insight

Are you even in baml? If you are, you'd know salary is the sole reason why in the past 4 months turnover in gts is so high.
