Maybe if the fresh grad looks like prime Lin Chi Ling with FCH can lah. I will invest my company's money and even my own money if she lets me pump her siah. Sure to bring in lots of business for the asset mgmt firm to cover her salary many times over.

Point72 is actually 17k USD they revised it up 1-2 years ago. There are quite a few other similar funds out there with starting pay around there.

Lol. Point 72 entry analyst is 16k but they don’t hire fresh grads every year. Plenty of people with experience enter as analyst drawing the same base @ 72

"highest"? lol do you have every data point out there? I personally know of several seniors who are working at hedge funds which started them at 20k - 25k. This is quite a standard package and if you are in that circle you might even know of the funds. You guys are living under a rock.
