Actually this carrot dangling has gone way too far. What are they waiting for? Does it really
make a difference if the wait is indeed due to last min deliberations? Our government is really so indecisive?
If the announcement is for a huge bonus, then everyone is going to be happy. But if it’s going to be lackluster, then people are going to be so upset with the wait lor... 
The wait is getting depressing...
