Sadly, my salary didnt even hit 6K after 8 years.
Left healthcare in 2019, got a 30% increment.
PLEASE don't joined healthcare if you are looking for money...unless u r joining as a doctor.

hey there, I'm interested to know which sector you joined! was your prior experience useful in negotiating for a higher salary?

So for those wants to join healthcare sector, pls think very carefully. I have seen many people left over the years.

Same sentiments. Left healthcare after 2 years. You really need to have passion for the industry to stay/last long.

If I’m not wrong, AHP has its own salary range/range. But suspect it wouldn’t differ much.

I'm a AHP so my figures are only just a rough guide. Executive should be JG 11 or 12. Prior to salary adjustment last year, the salary range for JG 11 is $2300 to $4740, JG 12 is $3100 to $5620. Not sure what is the new range after the adjustment.

For my department, those who resigned joined other hospitals, some went to do insurance, tele-med, private sector, teaching etc..

Was offered the range you mentioned 8 years ago (w/ NS).
You can ask for more, whether you got the bargaining power and whether they’ll budge is another story.
Like someone mentioned here, healthcare pay is generally lower.
