Yes, it was a fresh grad position -3.8K for 2nd Upper (NS man) with a computer science degree

Of course, I didnt take it. I got other offers as high as 6K.

I was only offered $3750 in 2015 when I joined my current hospital with relevant working experience and a post quad qualification. Definitely a low ball.. Now fresh grad is already getting $3800?

It was an analytics position. It still a lowball for $3.8K for fresh in 2021.
Comp Sci related degree from Big 3 Local uni should be getting min 5K

i believe there is a different tier of salaries for the same job grade depending on your job scope.

am in HR, JG11, and only offered 3.2k in 2021.

I was the previous poster, JG 13, AHP. I was only offered $3750, with 5 years working experience. Find it very ridiculous when HR only matched with my last drawn.

I know this is just a random forum and people can say spout whatever number they want. For what it's worth, I have already left healthcare sector recently to join a local telco. Received approx 40% increment on base.

However, the annual package in public healthcare is quite generous in a sense, since we get around 15-16 mths of base salary annually (3-4mths in bonuses). Most sectors only give between 13-14mths of base salary annually (1-2mth bonus), and they don't give AWS anymore, unless you are top top performer.
