Ministries offer depend on honors. Those with FCH are ~66k and 2:1 is ~61k, 54k package is roughly equal to bachelors pass without merit & honors.

Yes, they told me beforehand.
Most people are selected for the local version of the program, but a few are selected to go for the overseas version.
