The Poiz Residences by MCC Land
MCC Land has launched The Poiz Residences new launch condo showflat recently. This mixed development, The Poiz Residences is located next to Potong Pasir MRT station is only one MRT stop to the Stamford American International School and 4 MRT stops to Dhoby Ghaut station in the city center.
The Poiz Residences by MCC Land (name changed from The Andrew Residences) is a 99-year leasehold mixed residential-commercial development and the location of this development is at Upper Serangoon Road/Meyappa Chettiar Road in the Potong Pasir area. The land size is about 173,830 sqft of land and has a maximum allowable gross floor area of 608,408 sqft. About 731 residential homes and 53,820 sqft of commercial space will be developed on this site with expected completion in 2019.
