It's interesting to know that Treasure At Tampines is still one of the best seller due to its attractive pricing that is almost as close as the pricing at some of the current Executive Condominium (EC) launches. in return this has pushed up the sales figure. some might say the location is not favourable, however the pricing strategies has made it a success at the showflat. in time to come, the developer is expected to do dollar averaging by increasing the price. hence it's beneficial to enter Treasure At Tampines showflat now if you intend to acquire a new private property that are within your budget.
