Hi! Just wondering if it is better to pursue Caas or EASA certification if one is working in singapore base filled with mostly "N" and "B" registered aircrafts? Thanks in advance!

Hi I'm interested to be an LAE. Im graduating from a diploma in Aerospace Avionics. I understand the nature of the work and willing take it up because its my passion. I understand that SIAEC only take degree holders for the apprentice programme. The only route is through ST aero and i not sure how do i apply for the position. Can someone enlighten me on how the process works? Thanks!

Hi thanks for the reply. But it seems that the link is not working. I got an "Access denied" prompt. Why is that so?

Do not join ST company as LAE unless you are rich enough to break the bond or you rather forsake you dignity to get your license. All my batch mates who joined st are waiting for the bond to end so that we can leave the company.

Not sure if you are reading this after so long. Caas license is one of the least regonized license as compare to easa.
Also getting caas license is a tedious process compare to easa as you are require to be interview by the authority or in house interviewer.

If u r joint St Aero engineering for narrow body is not worth it.
