If you consider that the AWS that we normally used to get is what's our basic salary in December. In that case the Jan to March AWS should be based on the updated salary after MDR.

The previous AWS we received in end December should be for Jan to December right? Since MDR only applied from 1st April onwards then Jan to March should be AWS from salary before 1st April increment

Ah okay I get what you mean now. So with the new system would they still follow the previous way of using expected salary at end of year / 12, or instead just add on 1/12 of your monthly salary each month?

Yes this is confirmed. AWS for Jan to Mar also is based on the updated salary after MDR increment

Everyone got their MDR?

Those who just passed probation this year need to wait till June though

any Associate level folks got the MDR?
