Recently after interview, someone from non HR department email to notify that the HR partner will be in contact after the pre-employment screening is completed. Does it mean that i am successful? anyone has the same experience to share?

Hi, anyone able to advice, after submitting reference to HR and additional documents, how long will HR get back with verbal confirmation or official letter.

NUS HR is very slow, took them almost 6 weeks to get back with the offer package. In the end I turned down the offer cos its a pay cut from my current annual salary.
