Relocating from Bangkok for an IT Director position in Citibank Singapore. What is the typical base salary and bonus?

Coming from Bangkok, my current comp is probably half of that. Does Citi adjust compensation based on baseline in country or x% from employee's previous comp?

Citibank MA Operations
How is the Citi O&T Management Associate different from other citi MA programs? Vacancies/Pay/Prospects-wise..
Can jump out to other functions after the MA program?

Anybody knows what is the hierarchy for Citibank Singapore employees?
Is it Associate > Asst Mgr > Mgr > Senior Mgr > AVP > VP?

This pay seems very off, for Citi O&T. This seems more like a MD basic pay. O&T definitely do not get 6 - 8 months bonus.

I just got offered by Citibank (Asst Mgr) and Deutsche Bank (Associate) and cant really decide which is better in terms of prospects. The nature of both roles is largely the same and it's in the middle office. I have heard some saying that European banks have not really recovered from the financial crisis in 08/09 and American banks are more stable. Is that true? Would like to hear some opinions! Thanks!
