Would you mind sharing a brief roundup of your 8 years journey and how you got to where you are? 14k seems fair for a VP managerial position, but it also seems like if one were to start off on the wrong foot. It's hard to justify huge pay jumps to reach that salary even if the bank is okay to give the VP rank.

Regarding Citi's Tech Analyst Program, anybody know what's the pay after graduating from the program?
Or anybody kind to share the percentage salary growth upon graduation as compared to first year base pay?

Most of the salaries provided in tech are independent of your last drawn, they are more concerned about your experience and profile.
