Anyone can advise how long typically does it take from first call up for interview to

offer? Mid career, not fresh grad. Understand the process can be quite a while

Did you get a reply from them? I recently went for a mid career interview too but have not heard back from them

I'm pretty sure i botched up the interview though, sigh...

How long have u been waiting for? I got called up within few days of the interview

Anyone knows if my current salary is 8k, would the HR just apply 20% increment to it

or they would as forumers said, give the AVP rate of "14-20k"..?

I went for the interview on Tuesday so far have not heard anything from them.

That's only a few days ago..be patient..sometimes can take up to 1+ weeks

Applied for public markets. Quite certain we went for different roles.

Well, you don't need to register to post a reply so it's very easy for people to come and shoot their mouth off. I did see some posts saying gic pays slightly below other private firms which makes sense to me. I think asking for a 20% increment makes sense, I'm pretty sure they will pay you similar to the other avps in the company.
