Well, you don't need to register to post a reply so it's very easy for people to come and shoot their mouth off. I did see some posts saying gic pays slightly below other private firms which makes sense to me. I think asking for a 20% increment makes sense, I'm pretty sure they will pay you similar to the other avps in the company.
