Many people i spoke to agree that imda in general is working super long hours and is common to work past mid night because directions keep changing and so are the working document (e.g. PowerPoint) that is required to be submitted or presented to the management. It is all about amending papers and ppt to what the bosses would like it to be. The way my friend spoke about it makes me feel like, everyone is required to be a marketeer.

Really disappointed with HR for allowing adrian ong to continue heading the department despite all his toxic behaviour. Makes you wonder what's the point of working in such an organisation.

I believe you are referring to Content & Standards under Media Policy & Content. In any case, please avoid at all cost. You are basically watching show after show...There's zero career progression. The worst part is you are unable to watch it as a general audience as you are supposed to ensure every damn scene and dialogue complies with the law. By the way, the female DD is quite guai lan so don't bother applying.
