finished my final interview last week. really hoping to get it but not too sure since the interviewers did mention my degree is not com sci and so there is a wider technical gap...

Hi,
Can anyone share what is the experience of joining CSA like from the private sector? Assuming it is an exprienced hire with 7+ years experience? And can CSA generally match private sector pay?

7 YOE should be 9-10k... maybe match wont be too much more

hi,
let's say i am planning to go over to CSDP as a mid career switch from a non-relevant industry, can they match my pay if it's gross ~7k/month or do i have to take a paycut? thanks alot!

Take slight paycut to get into growth industry seems OK. +CSDP and CSA give you good headstart.
