For someone with no background in cyber and just starting my career, I decided that CSDP is a good place to start. Sponsored certification, learn on the job and can even build contacts with my cohortmates which I think is crucial for the longer term. Just gotta mentally prepare for the shiong classroom training which Webinar and interview HR said is an uphill challenge
