CSA deals w national state actors n CIIs. CSIT does everything secret till nobody knows what they do.

Normal for people to leave an organisation. Some more the industry is so hot. At least they can find job la. Better than stuck and cannot leave.

HR told me pay adjustment coming during middle of year. They say don't leave first.
