That time it was mentioned after mid year? I think it is up to the individual stat board to implement the increment? Cos individual stat board pays the engineers differently. Some more, some less.

The latest I hear for my stat board HR is they sending 1 month for EXC approval, not sure if it applies for civil service.

Pay revision for engineers in MHA, yes.

Yep, my understanding is that those agencies who are paying their engineer up to the mark will not see any changes. Those who have been "under-paying" will have to give more increment.
