I am from oil and gas. Should be around 5.5 months for me but I am only a junior role.

Senior roles should be getting 6 months and above.

yeah everything is prorated according to the no. of days you have worked the whole year

Since the year end bonus will be paid together with Dec salary, does that mean I can tender my resignation immediately after payday and serve 1 month notice without any risk.of clawback?
