Ah. That's kinda low. Do you have any idea about their increments and other benefits? Thanks!

i didnt take up the offer as the salary was low. lol

they require you to take an insurance exam. if you resign within 2 years, u need to pay back the cost fee which is $2k if i rmb correctly.

if the salary is this ****, i doubt the increment will be any better.

As a said, no point wasting ur time unless you don't have any job offers.

I am part of the Aviva iMAP programme, the benefits & increments to graduates are given similar to what any other employee in Aviva is entitled to. And I am pretty happy with the opportunities provided.

iMAP is not a real management program, just a re-branded and bonded contract hire entry exec. If you can get even a normal exec/associate offer from other companies I would advise you give this a pass.

I read online on the website. What differentiates this program from the rest is actually the functional rotation. You get to gain in depth expertise in a function of your choice and not cross functions rotations that is what’s advertised by other companies.

I also have a Friend who works there and was told that benefits are decent. There’s work life balance and many engagement activities with fitness, baking classes to many other fun activities.

I interned at Aviva and got in touch with some iMAP graduates while being there. Got really impressed by the structure of the programme and specially the rotations. I felt Insurance industry is a very safe industry to start your career in given the stability it offers and the multiple career choices. I have already applied this year.
