Anyway, just wait for them to contact you. By final round, most of the ministries/sb will have the courtesy to inform you the outcome whether you are hired or rejected.

meanwhile, continue your job search. nothing is confirmed till they give you a verbal offer.
i thot verbal offer also not really confirm? must sign then confirm plus chop right?

7119 is the ceiling of mx11. When you are at the ceiling, it means that you are not eligible for 'merit increment' because you have maxed out the salary range of current grade.

The move from mx11 to mx11a will give you a 250 'promo increment' for moving to a new grade. Therefore 250 divided by 7119 is 3.5%.

What was your Increment when you got promoted from mx11a to mx10 this year? Possible to share it in both absolute and percentage terms? Thanks!

I am not on the AO scheme. I just turned MX10 this Apr.

I have nothing to gain by lying. You can, of course, choose not to believe me.

The intent of my original post was merely to find out how much the typical increment for MX10 is.
When did you enter mx11? I was promoted to mx11 in 2014. I was told that I got a C grade in mar 2015 (for work done in 2014) because that's the default grade for those who are in their new MX grade. Did you experience this too?

I was caught in this situation when I was mx11, counldnt crossed 'the bar' cos I was new and only had 1 year of rating. Even though my grade was B, my merit increment was only 4% cos it hit the max of first tier. Then when there was the 5% increment for all mx11, I hit the ceiling for mx11. Before this news came about, I was already told of my consistent good performance and would be recommended for promotion. Got another B and promoted but only $250 promotion increment (3.5%). Sort of feel "unbalance".

Well, it is possible to be promoted from MX11 to MX10. I don't mean to be rude or belittle your good peformance but it seems that you didn't make the cut for a MX10 promotion. Perhaps you need to take a reality check coz u cruised into MX11A by default and couldn't make it to MX10. Cruel words but I can't help but to point out what you don't want to admit. No hard feelings okay. I'm strictly addressing your comments. Nothing personal.

What's the PB when you received a B grading in mx11?

Did you get promoted to mx11a this year?
