Thanks.

My guess is that you hit the salary ceiling for MX11 and hence, you were bumped up to MX11A.

You are clearly lying through your teeth! TROLL!!!!!
Firstly, its virtually impossible for a 32 yo NS to be MX10. If u can fast track so fast, u would be on the AO scheme, not MX. AOs will never ask how much their MI will be in this forum. Do u know how much they earn!!!! Secondly, based on previous threads, the MX11A grade was just introduced in Q3 last year. Ppl who were placed to the grade were informed. No increment. Hence, you couldn't have received a $400+ increment previously for your promotion to MX11A. Liar!!! A lot of trolls here who reply to themselves!!!

The 32yo who claims he's MX10 earning 81×× is clearly lying. At MX10 who was leading a team since appointed to MX11, he should be have supervisory knowledge of increment quantums. MX10 is DD leh. How can donno!

Apr 2012:
MX11 -> merit increment = $400+
Apr 2013:
MX11 -> merit increment = $400+
Apr 2014:
MX11 -> merit increment = $400+
Aug 2014:
Salary adjustment -> +5%
MX11A introduced -> emplacement increment = +$250
I am not on the AO scheme. I just turned MX10 this Apr.
I have nothing to gain by lying. You can, of course, choose not to believe me.
The intent of my original post was merely to find out how much the typical increment for MX10 is.

I am sure you know how varied the pegging of designations can be across CS. In my organisation, not all MX10s are DDs. There are ADs/SADs at MX10. I am not DD.
Also, in my organisation, the letters notifying staff of promotions and increments are sent only through the Dirs, not the DDs, and certainly not the ADs/SADs. Despite being a supervisor, I was only privy to the endorsed performance grades and PBs of my team. I know neither the current salaries nor increments of any of my staff.

Some think they know it all and pass sweeping judgements based on limited experience. Ignorance is sad. It is worse to be ignorant of one's ignorance, and mistaken that one's limited "truth" is the be-all and end-all.

Instead of checking with your HR, you are asking a group of anonymous people on the internet for confirmation????
I'll be really surprised if you can even get a C
