I'm the 9.24pm writer. I'm just stating the facts based on my records. I won't say it's right/wrong but CEP needs to be factored in when calculating MI. That I'm certain. There may still be other factors like what you've just mentioned so I shall wait for another year to support my theory

Yes, CEP definitely affects MI.

Moe GEO scheme. Performance grade C. MI only 1.8%.

You possibly are reaching bar/ceiling. CEP marked as average too. (Please know that it's possible to be upgraded/for that matter,downgraded)

Would like to ask 9.24pm poster, I had B/promoted.This year I hv a C but my increment is substantially higher than when I had B. Your theory would then not support finding that higher grade (b) increment higher (than C)

It might still hold water just that I figured my CEP had been upgraded? Makes sense?

What's the average annual package for a C performer including 13th month and all bonuses?

Depends on subgrade.

Have seen cases of C with increment of higher than 3% increment.
