This is for the lower grades…as your grade get higher…the average bonus get higher. Fyi

Yes and no. Some stat boards follow their parents ministries and some do not. Differs from agency to agency.

Right now, currently drawing 15,XXX base pay (exclude bonus and equity) outside in Tech in Regional Head of XXX role. 10 years working xp (some in Civil Service, most in Pte)
Can come back into Civil Service as MX9 or must pay my dues at MX10 Deputy Director?

Mx12: 3250 - 6250
mx11: 4800 - 7700
mx11a: 5900 - 9700
mx10: 7600 - 10773 / 10774 - 12300
