4.5k is base with NS. Overall package is = 12x base + PB in Mar/Apr + Mid-year bonus + MAC in Jul/Aug + End-year bonus.

What is MAC? only Engineer scheme have it? MAC in Jul/Aug normally how much?

Market adjustment component. Not sure if only LTA engineers have it. I didn't get as I only joined in Aug but my colleague said 1 month.
