Thanks!

Work life balance. By taking lower pay, it's easier to justify coasting at work.

I am at my late 30's, having 10 years industry experience in IT Project Management.
What is the estimated Rank and Salary range that I am looking at ? It is a DXO position, did my interview and waiting for security vetting and offer.
I am drawing about 8k+++ now, with average bonus 2-4 months depending.

If a fresh grad at GovGech is alr making $5000 per month,
(1) in 20 years' time he should be earning $20,000. Or
(2) his pay reaches $10,000 in 5 years' time and then gets saturated and remains at that level for the rest of his career?
