Hello! Did they let you know the position and MX yet? I also cleared my ref check recently, but I still don't know the position and MX they offered? Only got JD but no position/title. I am seriously confused and don't know what is happening. HR assured me by early June can offer me package. I can only wait and not know what is being offered. Is this same for you?

Position yes, MX no. Position was indicated in the email communicated. How long have you been waiting since the last call??

progression will be based on how fast you can shelved books. usually senior librarians can shelve 1 trolley of books every 30 minutes. promotion exercise will be held at the end of the year and management will organise a shelving contest to determine who is up for promotion. so short answer is you should know how to shelve books quicky.

About 1 month. You? I think you can refer to the MX scheme posted earlier for ref based on the position they offered. It's quite accurate based on most of the posters here. For mine, hard to tell as the position not confirmed in my case. So only can wait.
