I also got more than 7 yrs of relevant experience n some were from SB while some is private.they still offer me mx12 n lower than fresh grad pay.

Lol, sometimes I really am not sure if we jobseekers should be more realistic or HR/hiring manager should be more realistic.

civil service salary
Salaries vary depending on which ministry and the roles you get hired into.
I was at Ministry of Manpower (ACE), from 2020 to 2023.
My first time working in civil service.
My starting pay was $6200/m (before cpf). Including an allowance (for enforcement and 'danger' at work) of $350, my total was $6550. Damn nice.
13mth was confirm. And because I was MX11, my bonus was also sweet cos I was graded B.
All in all, it was damn good money for doing virtually f-all.

Refer to my earlier post. HR verbal say 4.8 end up Mia 4 wks come back w 4.5 n say 4.8 nv happen I hear wrong. Last drawn is 6 from private.
