26 year old. 65k pa in Govtech.

Hi, I 've been working in Big 4 for 2+ years, senior, monthly salary $4,200. Looking to quit since getting frustrated with the B4 grind. Senior increment was also lower than expected due to Covid.

Got an offer from Stat Board, $4,350. Is this normal for 2+ years experience? What grade would this correspond to?
