I would say that if 30 at MX10 likely will transit to AO - unlikely to be stuck at MX schemes.

I like to think my pte mnc exposure helped, I still get the "notion" from some of my peers and superiors even after 5 years - that I bring external exp haha

In fact, I do not know of anyone, who is not an AO, that earns 9.5k before 35 years old.
