Yes, and for the record, I would take neither as I graduated from NUS law. No need to hide my competence by doing an LLM or Masters overseas.

I would not pay a single cent or waste time doing an LLM at a top 25. Top 25 means it is likely the same status as delisted, which is beneath NUS

I have a Harvard LLM.
Always go for the best LLM program your grades can get you into as well as the best money can buy. The two factors are not mutually exclusive.
