To know whether your degree is a good degree, you measure it by acceptance internationally.

A Oxbridge degree is recognized in Singapore, for instance. It helps you get jobs, etc in Singapore.
Inverse the situation. Does a
NUS degree help you to get a job in London or New York City easily? I think you know the answer.
Nothing to do with selection bias. Whoever brought that concept up has comprehension problems.
